If you’re experiencing issues, deleting and reinstalling the app can often help refresh things. Don’t worry, reinstalling the app will not affect your progress. You’ll be able to log back in and pick up right where you left off.
iPhone or iPad (iOS)
To delete the app:
- Press and hold the Joy 101 app icon on your home screen.
- Tap Remove App.
- Select Delete App to confirm.
(If you don’t wish to reinstall, you can stop here.)
To reinstall the app:
- Turn your device off, then back on. This step is very important.
- Open the App Store and search for “Joy 101.”
- Tap the cloud icon or Install to download the app again.
- Log in using your existing account information.
Android
To delete the app:
- Open the Google Play Store and search for “Joy 101.”
- Tap Uninstall on the app screen.
To reinstall the app:
- Turn your device off, then back on. This step is very important.
- Return to the Google Play Store and search for “Joy 101.”
- Tap Install to download the app again.
- Log in using your existing account information.
