To delete and reinstall your Joy 101 app on your Apple device, please follow these steps:
- Uninstall the app by holding down on the Joy 101 app until a menu appears
- Click 'Remove App' to delete
(stop here if you do not wish to reinstall)
To reinstall the Joy 101 app:
- Turn your device off and then back on - this step is very important
- Download the app again by visiting the App Store and searching for "Joy 101"
- Press the cloud icon or "Install" to re-download
- Log back in with your existing account information
Reinstalling the app does not affect your progress, and you will be able to pick up from where you left off.
