You can cancel your Joy 101 membership—monthly or annual—at any time. Once you cancel, you’ll still have full access until the end of your current billing period.
Just a heads-up: Deleting and/or Uninstalling the app won’t cancel your subscription.
To cancel your iOS subscription:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad
- Tap your name
- Tap Subscriptions
- Select your Joy 101 subscription
- Tap Cancel Subscription (you may need to scroll down to see it)
If you don’t see a Cancel button and instead see a red expiration message, that means your subscription is already canceled.
Note: Apple requires you to cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.
