You can cancel your Joy 101 membership, whether monthly or annual, at any time. Once canceled, you’ll continue to have full access through the end of your current billing period.
Just a quick note: Deleting or uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription. Your membership must be canceled through your Apple or Google Play account.
To Cancel on iOS (Apple)
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad
- Tap your name at the top
- Tap Subscriptions
- Select your Joy 101 subscription
- Tap Cancel Subscription (you may need to scroll down)
If you don’t see a Cancel button and instead see a red expiration message, your subscription has already been canceled.
Please note: Apple requires cancellations to be made at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing period.
To Cancel on Android (Google Play)
- Open the Google Play Store
- Tap your profile icon in the top right corner
- Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions
- Select your Joy 101 subscription
- Tap Cancel subscription
- Choose a reason and tap Continue to confirm
