For iOS (Apple App Store)
All Joy 101 subscriptions purchased on an iPhone or iPad are processed directly through the Apple App Store. Because of this, we’re unable to issue refunds or make billing changes on our end.
To request your refund:
- Go to www.reportaproblem.apple.com
- Find the Joy 101 charge
- Select "Request a refund" and choose your reason
Apple will be able to access your account details and review your request.
For Android (Google Play)
If you subscribed through the Google Play Store, all billing and refunds are managed by Google.
