If you signed up for Joy 101 using your email address, you can reset your password by following these steps:
- Open the Joy 101 app and tap Sign in with email.
- Enter your email and then select Forgot your password?
- Check your inbox for a reset email from noreply@auth.joy101.com and follow the link to create a new password.
If you don’t see the email in your inbox, check your spam, junk, or promotions folders just in case it landed there by mistake.
Please note, if you signed up with your Apple ID or Google ID, you won’t have a Joy 101 password to reset. To log in, just select Continue with Apple or Continue with Google and follow the prompts for your connected account.
